Improving Outcome Measures and Targeted Exercise in NHS Physical Rehabilitation

September 8 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

| Free

This workshop is led by the BTE team and the clinical management team at St Thomas’s hospital on application of the BTE PrimusRS within the NHS. The BTE PrimusRS is a functional dynamometer which gives outcome measures for both assessment and rehabilitation. St Thomas’s hospital have had the PrimusRS for nearly 10 years so can share how they use the system for:

  • Work hardening and simulation
  • Targeted exercise
  • Getting patients back to work more quickly

We will also have senior personnel from BTE who can share how the system is being used in other clinical environments around the world. We have just had confirmation of another NHS trust being approved for funding so we can also offer support in the application process.
