We are committed to technology and innovation, whether in our equipment, customer experience, or in our communication methods. We are always looking for the next step forward.
We are on a mission to grow together and when any of us see an opportunity we grasp it with both hands and go for it.
We love what we do and love to help our customers be successful. This shines through in the way we go about our work and in the way we strive to be better.
We have a strong reputation for being customer focused, very reliable and always acting with integrity. We are here to find you the best solution even if that isn’t our products.
I left university with a degree in Sports Science and a particular interest in physical rehabilitation. Prior to Physiquipe, I was as a client relationship manager working with healthcare professionals across the UK. During this period I travelled extensively, visiting some of the best medical facilities around the world and meeting inspirational, dedicated people committed to enhancing the rehabilitation of their clients.
I could see that the U.K was not at the forefront of technological innovation in various aspects of rehabilitation, and I realised there was an opportunity to bring the best technology from around the world to help raise the standards of healthcare. I had built up great relationships with both manufacturers and clients, so I was able to select products which were going to have the biggest impact for clinical outcomes.
I have always had a passion for health and fitness as well as for helping people. I love the challenge of searching for new and innovative ways to help both patients and clinicians. I also believe that equipment is of no benefit unless it is used by the right people in the correct circumstances. This is why we have such a focus on education through the Physiquipe Academy.
All of our suppliers from around the world share our philosophy of education rather than ‘sales’. I love my ‘work’ and feel very privileged to be able to work with our team and with clients each and every day.
Provide training, treatment and consultancy for the application of the specialist equipment Physiquipe provide for patients and clinicians. Develop new and innovative care pathways and treatments which will benefit patient outcomes.
I love to help people. Improving care in the NHS, private healthcare or the care to our own patients at Physiquipe Clinics is what gets me up in the morning and motivates me throughout the week, knowing that we are making a difference and improving the standards of healthcare across the UK and Ireland.
It would have to be David Attenborough. The guy is an absolute legend and his voice and knowledge is incredible. I love animals and the environment so would love to chat with him about that but he must have some amazing advise and outlooks on life too.
Being a training and education manager, it’s my responsibility to identify training and development needs within Physiquipe. My role consists of planning and delivering virtual and physical events, and exploring ways to maximise our education platform. My role is also committed to designing all training resources required for our customers and ensuring they have full support following purchase.
As a clinician, I’ve been involved in developing and providing lots of training and education opportunities to others. There is a huge job satisfaction in sharing knowledge and aiding others in their careers. Being able to provide valuable training and support to clients and seeing them using technology which enhances outcomes for patients and their business is why I do what I do.
Only one person? Can I have a dinner party instead?
I would have loved to have dinner with Whitney Houston. Her voice and career was incredible!
At Physiquipe my role sits within the commercial function as business development manager. My core focus is to identify organisations and practices with a ‘patient first’ ethos and introduce our products and services to those who are looking to innovate and improve their delivery and standards of patient care.
Health, fitness and wellbeing is a lifestyle choice & lifelong passion of mine. Graduating with a degree in Physiology of exercise and health, I entered the world of sales for 5 years to gain experience commercially. I have now gone full circle, it’s great to be able to apply my skills in an industry I’m passionate about.
Tyson Fury, ‘The Gypsy King’. I think you can learn a lot from a person who has reached the dizzy heights of success, lost it all and against the odds, made a comeback to World Champion.
In a nutshell a bit of everything behind the scenes. My ongoing goal is to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively by having the right tools and systems in place. I then manage the finances and schedule collections and/or deliveries as a little side hobby, who doesn’t love a bit of bubble wrap?!
Producing fresh ideas, questioning why we’re currently doing things and looking at the latest technologies are key to driving us forward. Finding a team who are open to change and can adapt their way of working so quickly is hard to come by, but we’ve got it here at Physiquipe. Similarly, working with a team who are incredibly passionate about finding the right systems to improve the quality of life for the end recipient, has made it super easy to jump on board with.
Good ol’ Denzel Washington! From The Bone Collector to Inside Man, he’s been a living room favourite on many film nights (we’ll forgive him for The Equalizer). I’d like to talk to the man behind the acting and see which role he’s most similar to.
As Business Development Manager it is fantastic to share Physiquipe’s ethos and values, improving healthcare pathways for clinicians, clinics, hospitals and clubs. In my role, my experience hopefully brings a friendly understanding to the technology in our portfolio ensuring the best solution for our customers and therefore patients/clients. Physiquipe’s customer service, passion for education and excellent team makes my role an easy one and it’s great to be part of the family.
The healthcare sector has always been part of my life growing up in a medical family and building friends through it. As a sport scientist with a background in radio and TV, I just love communicating the importance and innovation of rehab technology. I feel lucky to be able to bridge the gap of understanding a clinical need, with a potential commercial solution. Most importantly though, creating that trust and understanding of what is actually realistic.
Sooo hard to answer! I’m going with Dr Aderin-Pocock. She’s brilliant for kids’ science and addresses the issue of women in STEM jobs well too. I’m always fascinated with people that can remember complicated facts and explain it in an understandable way. If she’s too busy, Lewis Hamilton or there’s a guy who lives near me who looks a bit like Terry Nutkins (RIP) and runs everywhere all day carrying a plastic bag – why, what’s in the bag, where is he going and he must be hungry, right?!
My job title within Physiquipe is Business Development Manager, my wonderful role consists of identifying and assisting private organisations, clinics, and health care settings within the Cosmetic and Aesthetic industry. I work alongside clients helping them harness technology to create sustainable, consistent, and efficient treatments that deliver the very best results for their patients.
I am incredibly passionate about the health care sector, all my career has been within this realm. I love assisting clients to help them enhance the lives of their patients. My experience ventures high and wide from the dental industry to regenerative medicine to advanced innovative technology. I am really excited to share my knowledge and work alongside our clients to deliver incredible results.
I would love to dine with Sir Richard Branson, known for being an incredible entrepreneur and leader. I love his ethos and values!
