I left university with a degree in Sports Science and a particular interest in physical rehabilitation. Prior to Physiquipe, I was as a client relationship manager working with healthcare professionals across the UK. During this period I travelled extensively, visiting some of the best medical facilities around the world and meeting inspirational, dedicated people committed to enhancing the rehabilitation of their clients.
I could see that the U.K was not at the forefront of technological innovation in various aspects of rehabilitation, and I realised there was an opportunity to bring the best technology from around the world to help raise the standards of healthcare. I had built up great relationships with both manufacturers and clients, so I was able to select products which were going to have the biggest impact for clinical outcomes.
I have always had a passion for health and fitness as well as for helping people. I love the challenge of searching for new and innovative ways to help both patients and clinicians. I also believe that equipment is of no benefit unless it is used by the right people in the correct circumstances. This is why we have such a focus on education through the Physiquipe Academy.
All of our suppliers from around the world share our philosophy of education rather than āsalesā. I love my āworkā and feel very privileged to be able to work with our team and with clients each and every day.
Provide training, treatment and consultancy for the application of the specialist equipment Physiquipe provide for patients and clinicians. Develop new and innovative care pathways and treatments which will benefit patient outcomes.
I love to help people. Improving care in the NHS, private healthcare or the care to our own patients at Physiquipe Clinics is what gets me up in the morning and motivates me throughout the week, knowing that we are making a difference and improving the standards of healthcare across the UK and Ireland.
It would have to be David Attenborough. The guy is an absolute legend and his voice and knowledge is incredible. I love animals and the environment so would love to chat with him about that but he must have some amazing advise and outlooks on life too.
Being a training and education manager, itās my responsibility to identify training and development needs within Physiquipe. My role consists of planning and delivering virtual and physical events, and exploring ways to maximise our education platform. My role is also committed to designing all training resources required for our customers and ensuring they have full support following purchase.
As a clinician, Iāve been involved in developing and providing lots of training and education opportunities to others. There is a huge job satisfaction in sharing knowledge and aiding others in their careers. Being able to provide valuable training and support to clients and seeing them using technology which enhances outcomes for patients and their business is why I do what I do.
Only one person? Can I have a dinner party instead?
I would have loved to have dinner with Whitney Houston. Her voice and career was incredible!
In a nutshell a bit of everything behind the scenes. My job is to ensure the team is working efficiently by having the right systems and structures in place. The role manages finance, servicing and internal HR support.
Producing fresh ideas, questioning why weāre currently doing things and looking at the latest technologies are key to driving us forward. Finding a team who are open to change and can adapt their way of working is hard to come by, but weāve got it here at Physiquipe. Our team are incredibly passionate about our company mission and always striving to improve.
Denzel Washington! From The Bone Collector to Inside Man, heās been a living room favourite for many years (weāll forgive him for The Equalizer). Iād like to talk to the man behind the acting and see which role he most resembles.

Being a service engineer at Physiquipe offers me the opportunity to work in a field related to physical therapy and healthcare equipment, allowing me to contribute to the well-being of others. I would want to have dinner with Billy Connolly because he is a legendary comedian and storyteller known for his humour, wit, and fascinating life experiences. Sharing a meal with him could provide an opportunity for entertaining and engaging conversation, laughter, and insight into his unique perspective on life and the world.
