Janine Evans – Advanced Practitioner Occupational Therapist, Morriston Hospital, Swansea
Janine is an Advanced Practitioner Occupational Therapist at the Welsh Centre for Burns & Plastic Surgery in Swansea, where she has worked since 2001. Currently, Janine is the therapies representative on the board of the South West UK Operational Delivery Network, and sit on the International Society for Burn Injuries therapies committee. Janine’s areas of interest include functional rehabilitation, specialist scar management techniques and the prevention of burn injuries.
Rachel Wiltshire – Lead Therapist Burns and Plastic Surgery, St Andrews Centre, Chelmsford
Rachel has 17 years clinical experience in treating adult and paediatric burns patients in a large burns centre. Rachel is currently the Lead Therapist for London and South East Burns Network and has been the Chair of British Burns Association Burn Therapist Interest Group from 2016-2019. Rachel is a member the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and member of The British Burns Association.
Mira Väyrynen – Clinical Specialist, LymphaTouch in Helsinki Finland
Mira Väyrynen works as a Clinical Specialist for LymphaTouch Inc, Finland. Mira has a background in physiotherapy and now she is providing education and coordinating research projects related to negative pressure treatments worldwide.
Donna King – Specialist Physiotherapist Associated Practitioner in Burns, St Andrews Centre, Chelmsford
Donna is a specialist Physiotherapy Associate Practitioner at St Andrews Centre for Burns and Plastics in Chelmsford, where she has worked for the last 6 years. Donna’s areas of speciality include delivering enhanced recovery programs for adult burns, functional exercise, advanced scar treatments and gym-based rehabilitation.
