Extracorporeal Shockwave therapy (ESWT) is widely used and highly effective treatment in orthopaedics and MSK rehabilitation.
True ESWT also known as focused shockwave (f-ESWT) is able to penetrate to specific depths of tissues. It’s well defined powerful focal volume and painless sensation is ideal for diagnosis and treatment.
f-ESWT can be used for a range of indications but more particularly with tendon injury/pain with high success rates.
