Due to the increasing rate of C-section procedures over the years, we are seeing more need for scar therapy interventions to help with recovery. Despite being the most common surgery, women are left with very little advice and support following their surgical incisions.
In this webinar, we will be joined by Jennifer Gillespie a specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist who provides holistic and individual physiotherapy assessments and treatments for women. Jenny will be talking about how she assesses and treats a c-section scar using evidence-based treatments and the LymphaTouch device.

Bio
Jenny has been a chartered physiotherapist for over 20 years. Initially specialising in the musculoskeletal field, she has worked in the NHS and in private practice in the UK and the Middle east.
Following the birth of her three children, Jenny developed a passion for postnatal and pelvic floor rehabilitation which led her to specialise in women’s health physiotherapy. She set up The Mummy Hub Physiotherapy in April 2019 to offer holistic assessment and management to women of all ages with symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction and musculoskeletal pain.
Jenny is a member of the POGP (Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecologic Physiotherapy ) and has completed postgraduate training with them, Burrell Education and Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute. She is a certified Mummy MOT practitioner and a qualified Pilates instructor.
