Why did you become a therapist? For most of us, we all started in this area as we wanted to help people. However, running a therapy business can be a stressful and challenging process. Investing time, money and making decisions is a challenge that all business owners face.
This session is aimed at anyone who wants to grow their practice but who may struggle to understand the investment proposition; whether this is a new member of staff, a piece of technology or growing in size, and how to make the ‘right’ decision.
