39 Views ā€¢ 24 Oct, 2023

Andy played professional rugby for 15 years, including stints with Harlequins, Bristol and England U21ā€™s.

Alongside playing rugby, Andy was a Personal trainer and completed his degree and accreditation to become an accredited Strength and Conditioning coach. Following his rugby career he ran the Strength and Conditioning department at a semi-professional rugby club, leading him to becomeĀ the Head of Strength and Conditioning at London’s premier physio clinic, Pure Sports Medicine. During his time at Pure Sports Medicine, he focused on injury rehabilitation and prevention, alongside helping athletes and clients improve theirĀ performance.
Through his experience in the fitness industry, Andy has been there, done it and seen it all. He now has a deep understanding of what works, what doesnā€™t, and what is just industry ā€˜noiseā€™.
Andy now specialises in helping clients cut through the (mis)information when it comes to strength training, race preparation and injury rehabilitation. He allows clients to perform at their absolute peak using precise preparation and planning, and optimising training around their busy schedules.
