Dr Amit Pannu joined Derby County’s medical department in the summer of 2017 from Blackburn Rovers to take up the position of Club Doctor.
Dr Pannu, a graduate of the University of Leeds in Medicine, previously worked as the England First Team Physician at The Rugby Football League before becoming the Chief Medical Officer at Huddersfield Giants RLFC.
He joined Blackburn Rovers in 2014 as Club Doctor before becoming their Head of Sports Medicine prior to linking up with Derby.
